Is there a blank white box with a red x on my picture or is it just my computer?

before it had a picture but then when i tried to change it in yahoo360 it just came up blank with a red x. then i tried to just use the old picture again and it did the same thing

There is a white box with a red x. You are doing nothing wrong, except that you picked a bad time to change your 360 picture.

NOTE: The image may not show up right away in Y/A, as it sometimes take days for the system to catch up. Also, there is a history of glitches with the feature. So, patience is necessary. You'll need to go through the process and have a blank image for a while until the system processes the change. OR you can use a Yahoo! Avatar (http://avatars.yahoo.com ) instead and just wait to see when everyone stops having the same issue, then try to use the 360 image again (which will fix the x problem). It's up to you.

Lastly, it's not always an issue with 360. Yahoo!Answers has glitches of its own sometimes.
