Is there a book on all the bullet/ammo sizes in the world?

There are many, but you can just find the types of bullets  on Google without paying anything. (Try reloading books)

The book you need is called Cartridges of the World.  It is the most exhaustive list of cartridges you are likely to find, but even it misses a few cartridges.  They publish new editions of Cartridges of the World every couple of years to catch up on new cartridges, and add previously missed cartridges.

If you are a budding gun crank, you will find Cartridges of the World to be quite fascinating.

There are fairly comprehensive re-loading manuals.  You would need a few diferent one to get the info for most of the cartidges of the world.

Yes, the book is called, "Cartridges of the World" and is a great book going into the history of guns and ammo, the strong emphasis on ammo.  The book gives a general overview of the ammo, a lot of information on reloading, when the cartridge was developed and what the intended purpose was for the cartridge being developed.  

A great read and full of information.
