Is there a bus going from Caracas to Barquisimeto after 10:30 pm?

I guess, but I am not sure. You should check the bus company you are using (there are several, I think, I dont travel that much:P)

You just have to try with the different bus companies, if you turn up at the main bus terminal in Caracas you could just take the next available bus however some of the bus lines have there own private terminals and so you would have to call to find out.

The main terminal is not such a good place to be stuck at in the middle of the night.
