Susquehanna Trailways has service from Allentown to Wilkes-Barre.  It's about 2 1/2 hours with all the stops.  The bus leaves from 325 Hamilton St. in Allentown and you would get off near Public Square in Wilkes-Barre.  You can call the Allentown Bus Station at 610-434-6188
