Is there a bus that I can take from Michigan Ave to Lincoln Park?

I want to go to Lincoln Park Zoo/Oz Park Area. I plan on taking the train downtown this weekend and doing some walking/shopping on Michigan Ave. Can someone tell me if there is a bus I can catch that will take me to the Lincoln Park area. I would rather take the bus than the El. Thanks! And what is a bus fare going for these days?

I think the 151 does check transitchicago.com It will tell u several different ways to get wherever you want.

You want the #151. The zoo is at Webster, 2 blocks after Armitage. If you hit Fullerton you went 2 blocks too far. Oz park is a few blocks west of the zoo at Lincoln and Webster; it's a nice walk.

I mean nice as in, it's a very pretty area, with lots to see as you go, and although it's about half a mile, it goes fast.
