No there is not.  There is no real land route, if you want to go without flying there is a ferry that leaves from Colon to either Cartagena and/or Barranquilla and you can take a bus from there.

i don't think so...and if there was, i wouldn't wana take it...not the safest travel...since the carteleros own those woods, and they even try to kill off our indios in darien just to take over the land for their contrabando...
