Is there a business place in Toronto that can create custom caps and clothing for an affordable price?

I'm just looking for an affordable place so I can advertise this "company"... more so a street team with my friends. Anywhere in the GTA with affordable prices?

If you're looking for a place that does small volume for your street team, check out artik on King St.  I've used them for 20 t-shirts and they're fast.  They have a great selection of t-shirts and other stuff of custom logos.

In the beaches, there is logomagik.  I've never used them, but they can even quote you on one t-shirt.  Now that's easy.

If you're looking for more volume, you wouldn't believe it, but Marks Work Warehouse does custom clothing, but probably not as cool as Artik.  That's where I would recommend personally.
