Is there a business that custom manufactures neodymium magnets for a hobbyist?

I need several customized Neodymium magnets manufactured. One example of the size of a magnet is .5" in diameter, 6" long cylinder but i need the ends to be tapered to a near point. I have other magnets i need designed but i'm having difficulties finding someone to manufacture these ones for me.

ur simplest (least expensive, quickest) solution is to pick a magnet that is slightly larger than your requirements, and machine it down to fit ur purpose

manufacturers will do anything "for a (surprisingly large) price" when it it comes down to small lots
