There is, indeed, a cafe in the Louvre. I wasn't highly impressed by it. If you cross the bridge over the Seine there are some other options but you'd have to leave which is highly inadvisable.

Yes.  I would suggest that you enjoy food at any local cafe rather than the Louvre restaurant.

There is a food court. I ate there twice when I was there. It was actually very good.

There's even a small food court. I've been there once. I personally think it's not so great.
