Is there a car stereo made for the Zune instead of iPod?

I'm looking for a new head unit, but I can't seem to find anything that isn't made for the iPod! I don't have an iPod, I have a Zune, so does anyone know if there are any head units made to be compatible with the Zune?

if the head unit has a usb port than you are ok

most radios will play your zune, you need to go here http://www.crutchfield.com/index.html and put in your car and/or radio model and your MP3 player and it will show you all of your options- More than likely you will need a simple adapter (depending on the radio -factory or aftermarket- it will cost between $30-$150 and that also depends on what kind of sound quality you are looking for -hard wired or FM modulation)
