A better idea would be to use the Metrolink Commuter rail along that coridor. they have stations in E. Ontario, Pedley etc. Foothill Transit also has commuter bus service in that area to downtown LA, from Chino, Diamond Bar, etc. Good Luck!

No. The westbound carpool lane ends just west of SR 57. Rush hour traffic on SR 60 usually sucks. I-10 has a carpool lane from just before Santa Anita Ave. into downtown LA, but you need 3 passengers to use it during rush hour.
