Not like a tabby(no white), but just like, a yellow orange kind of body with orange/red orange stripes? Like Garfield? If there is that kind of cat, what kind of breeds look like that?

  1. It's not called an "orange tiger" as someone else said it's called "Red Tabby".  There's no "orange" in cat coat colours.

If the stripe pattern is vertical then it's "Red Mackerel Tabby"

If there's vertical stripes and white then it's "Red Mackerel Tabby and White"

If the pattern of striping is a pattern of whorls then it's "Red Classic Tabby"

Like someone mentioned this colouring is quite common in cats and your local shelter probably has plenty of them looking for homes!

  2. Yes there is.  It is usually referred to as an orange tiger.  I had 2 little male brother kittens that looked just like that.  They had terrific personalities.  Most orange tigers are male.  Most have short coats, but there are some long coated varieties.

  3. a orange tabby

  4. go look at the pound they might have some...plus you'll be saving it.
