Is there a cell phone company that has wireless internet cards for all of antioquia, colombia?

i am planning to spend a long time in colombia, mostly in medellin and somewhere near santa fe de antioquia. is there a wireless carrier that will allow me to take a wireless internet pc card back and forth?

p.s. don't worry about my computer specs, i can adjust to what i need
