Anyone asking for money to 'release' funds is probably operating a scam, but needs to provide a post office box or something to actually collect the cheques that people are dumb enough to send.

Canada post doesn't care if you write suite, unit, apt, or box - if you say suite 5, and instead it's there's a post office box #5 at a convience store, that's where they'll deliver it.
