Is there a certain name when somebody...?

Question

leans a bit to the side, lift up their leg to a 100 degree position and almost touch the ground and their foot?

idk if u know what I mean but it's in Lyrical. I've seen a person do it and I could almost do it but what's the name, I wanna find more information on how to do it, etc.
