Is there a certain way your suppose to jog?

I ask this because my cousin who works out with me says i dont lift my legs high enough, but i feel as if i am.

How high are you suppose to lift them?

  1. yeppers.

    ur supposed to run lightly, like on ur toes, and lift ur legs as high as u can. ur cousin probably doesnt lift hers as high as u think, cuz it always feels like ur lifting them wicked high, when ur not.

  3. If you are just running slow and easy don't worry about your leg lift.

    It is more of a shuffle than a running motion when you are going slow.

    As  your speed increases then you must lift your knees so you don't scuff the ground when your feet come forward.

    Relax, run easy, enjoy yourself.  Too much thought can run anything even s*x.
