  1. a fertilized egg may not implant if it doesn't get a good grip or if it is rejected which is possible. I have had a D&C and I have been told it is beneficial for future conception

  2. It is said that you are more fertile after birth/miscarriage/D&C. I got pregnant after I had a miscarriage.  My endrometrium lining was thicker and richer after the miscarriage for some reason.  A lot of times actually an egg does get fertilized but may not implant correctly because the woman/mother attacks the egg with her immune system.  sometimes it is unevitable.  There will be a time, however that the egg will be noticed by the mother and will implant itself deep into the lining.

  3. anything could happen !!!! :-)
