Is there a channel on DirecTV with like yoga and stuff??

ok so it might sound a little weird...but i wanna know if theres a channel with like yoga, tae-bo (sounds like ty-bo), or channels where they teach u dances and stuff. Also i dont want one of those channels where you have to pay a monthly fee...i want it to be free. Any suggestions...?
