Is there a cheap way to get the yugioh card Gladiator Beast Heraklinos?

I have looked left and right on line and couldn't find Heraklinos anywhere under $129.95. So I wnet to ebay and wasted about $150.00 on a scam and didn't get anything worth c**p. Is there any way you know of that ebay could get my money back from the scam artist on ebay, so that I could by one from ideal808.com or discountanimetoys.com. Is there anyone online that would be willing to help me out, either by selling me one or by telling me a cheap and secure way to get one. I've already spent $120.00 on the rest of the cards for a gladiator beast deck and have no way of returning them, and without Heraklinos the deck seems worthless. Please dose anyone have any suggestions for me.

Man,try other glad beast fusions,Heraklinos isnt the only way of to a good gladiator beast deck. If you really want to get Heraklinos try buyng lots and lots of booster packs and then u will aslo get lots of other rare cards that u can sell on ebay to get your money back.

If you paid by paypal just file a claim that you did not get anything or got different card and they must refund you.

did you try complaining to the seller or ebay mods? i dont touch ebay for that exact reason, so i dont know much about how to do things there.

and you could always try to pull the card from boosters. i suggest buying factory sealed boxes because scalers usually farm holos from stores. so best way to get a legit booster is buying factory sealed boxes. last i saw glad assult was 50-70 a box. so you can buy 2-3 boxes for teh price of a herk, and thats 48-72 boosters to pull one secret rare. if i remember the ratio for secret rare its 1:36. so your chances should be pretty good if you buy 2 or more boxes. and of course you have other cards to get from the boosters. so instead of buying 1 herk for 150, buy 2 boxes, for 140, and have a running chance of pulling herk, plus other holos. if you pull your herk, you essentially made your money back, but you get a **** load of other cards you can trade. a lot of ppl want the glad beasts since they pwn sj. i usually pull 8-10 holos per box.
