Is there a cheaper way to get to the train station than a cab if you don't have a car, mass transit,?

friends to help out, and hitchhiking is illegal in the state? It is too far to walk or ride a bike to.

  1. If I knew where you were starting from and how far the train station was from there I could answer your question easier.

    I'll venture a guess and say that, no, there is no cheaper way to get there than a cab.


  2. They don't have a special "take you to the train" shuttle or anything, no.   Are you sure there's no mass transit?  Lots of people have no idea what transit is available.    

    Or hey, if there's no mass transit, pay the cabbie and think of all the money you've saved in property tax and cheap housing *because* there's no mass transit.
