Is there a christian organization like world vision that allows you to donate more than just money?

I want to sponsor a child in Sri Lanka. I heard of world vision but i looked on their web site and all you can do is send $30 a month to the child. I was wondering if there is another Christian organization that would allow me to donate money, clothes, and toys to the child and maybe even write letters to them once and a while. is there any like that out there?

World Vision’s Child Sponsorship program is much more than just sending money off every month.  

When you sponsor a child, you have the opportunity to help change the life of a child, their family and community. We ensure that each child has only one sponsor. However, many people choose to sponsor more than one child.

As a sponsor you’ll have the chance to write to your sponsored child or even visit them to see firsthand the improvements that have occurred because of your support.

When you become a child sponsor you will receive a picture folder with photo and details of your sponsored child, and information about their country.  You also get an annual progress report on your sponsored child, with an updated photo and information on their health, education and community progress.
