  1. Yes.  They go every few minutes, certainly you would have no more than a half hour wait.  The bus has 3 or 4 stops before the main plaza and the drivers are very helpful.  There is also a train that offers the same srvice.

    Oops.  The airport Reus is in Tarragona.  I don't have any idea about that one.  But if you get to Barcelona, the preceeding info is good.  And Spanish airports all have pretty good bus connections, so I'm sure you will be OK.
