There are three Coach outlet stores in Texas.  All of them are in outlet malls:

Round Rock Premium Outlets - Round Rock, TX

Rio Grande Valley Premium Outlets - Mercedes, TX

Prime Outlets at San Marcos - San Marcos, TX
