A few more details about your problem would be helpful.  The answer is in javascript.  If you look around you could probably find someone who wrote some code to disable right clicks.  The only other thing you could do, which may or may not be helpful for you, is to watermark your images.

Smart users can get around anything.  For example, lots of websites display an error message when you right-click and try to save an image.  That's very easy to get around... they can just execute a screen capture and then edit the capture with Paint Shop Pro, Photoshop, etc.

So no, to answer your question, there is no way to prevent someone who knows what they are doing from making a copy of a photo of yours (from your website or online photo album).  They can copy the image and do whatever they want with it.
