Is there a code that people have to follow?

When people call ur phone from buisnesses do they have to follow a code? THere is a lady who calls my mom but leaves ugly messages like "lets be mature about this" and I have told her that this phone isnt her's. Well She said it is under her name! So is there a way that these people are being to rude to me?

it is a company by company matter, you could ask to speak to her supervisor.
