There is no full proof method. Any one using Firefox can easily set an option to not allow the right click modifications. If you can see it on your screen there is usually a way to get it.

youre going to have to get a copyright, on certain sites when u try to right click stuff  a screen comes up and tells u u cant, thats copyright laws in full effect

If you use a right click blocker someone will simply go up to "file"- "save as" and get the pic that way if they want a copy.
