  1. Your as well of with a milk float When we dont use fuel we use electric which is  drone drone I went up the wind turbine in Norfolk as it has a viewing platform,300 steps so,but when asked ,the output is basically zilch, not enough to monitor on an ampere gauge let alone the national grid Must be good for someone though? stay lucky

  2. join the Battery Vehicle Society http://www.batteryvehiclesociety.org.uk/...

    their magazine "plugged-in" usually has adverts for converters and cars for sale - be warned thought there is huge demand for anything offerd

    my 205 was converted by a company called e2v, but they are no longer trading :(

    the benifits of electric are worth persuing: quiet, smell free, smooth, refuel at home from cheap (potentially renewable) energy;

    plus £0 road tax, £0 congestion charge, even free parking in cities like Westminster.

  3. Too expensive.  And integrating the system into an existing car takes up most of the luggage space.

    Don't try to convert your old car.  Buy a more environmentally sound one next time.  They're a whole lot better when designed from the ground up.

  4. Check this one out

    but for the time being you will need a fairly healthy bank account to buy one but like computers they will come down in price very quickly as the technology is mass produced

    It is due to go on sale in 2008

  5. Toyota Prius (hybrid).

    I think there is an awful tiny all electric car that can go about 50 miles before needing charging. Google is your friend.
