Is there a comparability issue between D-Link DIR-655 Xtreme N Gigabit Router with dell axim x30?

Question

I've tried searching all over the internet looking for information, but I can't seem to find any, my Router is a Wireless-N but is Reverse G compatible And my Dell X30 Comes with Blue tooth and Wifi(wireless-G). But can not find my router, I've tried connecting to other networks and things worked fine(only wireless-g networks), but I can't connect to my own? Any Ideas as to whats going on? I've tried toying with the settings and nothing seems to be working? is it just not compatible?
