Quote "The Tower of Babel is a structure featured in chapter 11 of the Book of Genesis, an enormous tower intended as the crowning achievement of the city of Babilu, the Akkadian name for Babylon. According to the biblical account, Babel was a city that united humanity, all speaking a single language and migrating from the east; The people decided their city should have a tower so immense that it would have "its top in the heavens." . However, the Tower of Babel was not built for the worship and praise of God, but was dedicated to the glory of man, with a motive of making a 'name' for the builders - Genesis 11:4. God seeing what the people were doing, confused their languages and scattered the people throughout the earth.

As the American public will wish us all to speak their language, Migrated from the East, and it was a "world trade centre", Can we draw comparisons ?

Any suggestion to a wider meaning ?

  1. "Any suggestion to a wider meaning ?"

Terrorists pissed off at the US.

    That's it.

  2. No comparison whatsoever.

  3. Yes.  You are going back to the Creation of the World.  The next event is great flooding throughout the world such as Tsunami, Midwest flooding, Katrina, Tropical Storm Fay, etc.  After that will be "As it was in the Days of Noah so shall it be in the coming of the Son of Man."  Is the wickedness of men great in the earth?  Are the fallen angels coming down unto the daughters of men?  Is the earth filled with violence?  Is Enoch a sign of the rapture?  Is abortion cursing the ground as God cursed the ground in Adam's day?  Are the descendants of Cain getting prepared for the Mark of the beast as God set a mark on Cain?  After the rapture will sin be ruling over the descendants of Cain or wicked people?  Is God getting ready to expel the wicked from the earth as he expeled Adam from the Garden? What is the seed of the serpent but wickedness?

Isaiah 30:25  "And there shal be upon every high mountain, and upon every high hill, rivers and streams of waters IN THE DAY OF THE GREAT SLAUGHTER, WHEN THE TOWERS FALL."

  4. Yes, I believe there is.

Any god who would hate a building simply because it brought people together and encouraged them to seek greatness, probably shares the same evil petty despotic mindset as today's middle eastern terrorists who were jealous of American freedom and prosperity and became obsessed with destroying those two fine buildings of ours.

  5. Clever but quite a stretch.

The towers stood for a long time and they were not the tallest building.

  6. Self-fulfilling prophecy. The world functions on it. Take a story and then make it fit. It fits global agendas whenever required.

  7. You can find a connection between the planet Saturn and the invention of roller skates if you really want to.

  8. Are you suggesting that the terrorists who flew the planes into the WTC were God?

Also, when are our "tongues going to be scattered"?

In short: No. No comparison. Next!

  9. Yes, It means that God causes EVERYTHING!!!

    jk...

  10. Only if you make a running leap, and even then.....
