Is there a computer program/system with which someone can find all the people born in a certain month/year?

I'm writing a short story for my DofE skill in which the character has significant memory loss and does not know anything apart from the month, day and place she was born. Is there some sort of program or website where someone would be able to find out the information about someone from those things? If not I will just have to invent one.

i doubt it, just keep looking though i tried searching and count find anything =( sorry
