Question:

Is there a conspiracy at Burger King to put one onion ring in every order of fries?

Consistently when I go to Burger King and order french fries, I get one onion placed in each order. Are they trying to subliminally force people to order onion rings next time?

  1. Conspiracy? Really, is that the only thing you can call it? They dump the fry basket into the same holding bin as they do the onion rings. there for it only stands to reason that frome ime to time an onion ring will end up with the fries. I have the reverse happen on occasion. I seriously doubt it happens every single time. Conspiracy... sheesh, gow-up.

  2. HAHAH!  Our local A&W does the same thing....only difference is A&W rings are a million times better than BK's rings.

  3. This IS a TOTAL CONSPIRACY.

The CEO of Burger King is an Onion Troll. His entire life he has been rejected and pushed aside by the attention-grabbing potato. One day he had enough and decided to open his own fast food restaurant. To placate the masses he sells french fries. But to really stick it to the 'man' he has made sure that every Burger King in the free world must place a single onion ring in each french fry order. He will slowly add one over the centuries until each french fry order is overrun with onion rings! He will not stop until the whole world wreaks of ONIONS! MWA HA HAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA

  4. Well sometimes we are in such a hurry when someone bags a ring often they fall into the fries. You wouldn't guess it but bagging rings is sort of hard to do.. so when you bag a fry sometimes there may be a ring that jumps in with the fries.

  5. HA... That happens to me too!

  6. they must really like you, they only put a half of one in mine. lol

  7. Haha I always order onion rings and I always get one Fry in my order lol

  8. you win the prize ,one onion ring

  9. that's hilarious.  I was thinking the same thing last time I went there.

  10. it happens to me 2 and i don't think that it about forcing people to buy them...even tho they are good with zesty sauce =]...i think that its just that the fries and onion ring station are right next to each other and sometimes onion rings fall in.

  11. Of course they want you to take one bite of the onion ring and go "ow that's good I've gotta go back and get me some onion rings"

  12. lol yeah i think they do it on purpose.  i get it the other way around too.  (fry in my o rings.)

  13. this is silly, they cost the same so they would just make the same amount of money [as if you were to order  the fries instead] and IF this was true, what would be the point?

  14. I work 2 jobs and one is @ BK so I know there are always fries and onion rings mixed lol. The station where they are set at after frying is the same just a little metal divider between the 2 but it falls over all the time. Plus we only got 2 and a half min to get someone out the store from the beginning of there order to them pulling away from the drivethru window. If we don't make times our manager yells so often ppl just are flinging fries and rings all over trying to bag the food fast. I leave the one ring or one fry in the customer's container because I dont want to touch someones food to pick it out and there is no time to dump the whole thing out and scoop again.  Everyday I see someone (mostly the managers) touching ppl's food with their bare hands to pick out a stray ring or fry. I think that is gross. So be thankful because that means no one has put their hands on your food!

  15. lol, happens to me too

  16. burger king has good onion rings so i like it when that happens

  17. Yes. It's standard procedure according to Chapter 7, Section 9, Paragraph 1 of the Burger King rulebook.

EDIT: lol. No, I was just kidding.

They probably cook the fries and onion rings in the same basket. Occasionally a ring or a fry gets stuck in the mesh of the basket and gets dislodged in an order of the opposite food. I've had an onion ring in my fries and a fry in my onion rings. Usually by then it's gone for a double-dipping in the grease so it's extra tasty.

Consider it a special prize in your order of fries, not a conspiracy. ;) ;)

  18. this is true everybody wants fresh breath but they forget there toothbrush maybe they should eat at home
