I am in Australia, and ordered some music online from a German online retailer, but it has not arrived and the trader is not communicating. Is there a government agency I can contact in Germany for assistance?

  1. The Music-Online-Shop must have a licence to distribute music to other countries. Typically, the distribution of music is restricted only for german IP-addresses.

If you have already paid for the service then you should wirte a reminder. If you don't hear something after three reminders, you should contact a lawyer.

If you want to hear Music from germany: 1) Hear online-Radio; 2) Buy a CD in a online-shop you can trust (e.g. Amazon.de).

See attached link: Radio-Station in Germany and then click on "Live hören" to hear live-Radio.
