Is there a converter to go from a coax input to a component output?

I'm looking for a device that would be the opposite of an RF Modulator. I want to convert a coax input to a set of three RCA jacks. Has anybody ever heard of something that does this and if so, where can I get one?

This is in effect a TV tuner, or a set-top box.

You can use an old VCR or wait until the new boxes for the transition from analog TV to digital show up.

No,  even if there was, it won't give you HD signal.
