  1. hair spray causes air pollution

  2. Yep a combination of the hairspray and the smoke from burning all those ugly shoulder pads !

  3. Hairspray , and I would have to agree there was alot of "big hair" in the day- could be

  4. a flock of seagulls or farah fawcett?

  5. Mathematically speaking yes, there is a corrolation.

A lot of statistics corrolate with global warming better than atmospheric CO2.  I've seen a study where the divorce rate in the UK and the rate of inflation in the UK have a stronger corrolation with temperature rise than CO2 emissions.

  6. Correlation?

I've been told I am the direct cause of it. ;)

  7. hahaha that's hilarious

  8. CFCs in the hair spray. CFCs were implicated as one of the key culprits in decaying the ozone layer. Besides, not only did hairspray hurt the ozone layer, some of it actually helped accelerate hair loss. In fact, I heard that the nicer hair sprays actually caused baldness faster!

The religious groups were right, Hair Metal really is gonna be responsible for the end of the world!

  9. It's caused by the chlorofluorocarbons in the aerosol hairspray cans.  When I realized this in high school, I switched to pump hairspray instead.  The Aquanet withdrawals were quite severe, but I managed to survive.  LOL.

  10. Yeah.... it's well known as the gossamer effect.. .... all that hair caught in the mesosphere is trapping the heat from the sun like a fur coat.

  11. NOPE .

  12. lol hair spray? :-P

  13. I'm ashamed to admit that my can-a-week Aqua Net habit probably chewed a giant hole in the ozone. Now I use pump, and a bottle lasts for months. I stopped trying to defy gravity.
