Is there a country where inflation rate is worse than Zimbabwe?

i have read that in Zimbabwe their currency is so undervalued that it is almost worthless. Is that true? Is there any other country where the economic conditions are worse than this?

Zimbabwe has had the highest inflation rate in the world for a couple of years now.
