Is there a cream that i can buy non perscription or a home remedy that can lighten skin pigment?

I got a mole removed and some of the pigment is coming back and i want to make it lighter...i don't even know if it's possible

If it is coming back, the doctor did not get it all. You need to go back and have him correct his error. He should not charge you for it either.

Yes, its called Madre perla or concha nacar. Its about 6 bucks. They sell it at Wal Mart or most drug stores like cvs, rite aid, or wal greens. Good Luck.
