Is there a dazzle capture card that records in pal-60?

Question

the one i was thinking about getting was

but i was told it only records in pal-50 is there any other one that i can order that will record in pal-60

It's perfectly alright; you just have to set your capture card to record NTSC, because PAL-60 is essentially, and for all intents and purposes, just a barely modified NTSC signal.

And as for quality of the video, check the youtube video, and see the High Quality version. Really quite something.
