Is there a decent university in Singapore besides NTU and NUS if I want to study psychology? HELPP!?

I'm currently a 12 grader and I'm looking for options of where to continue my study. I want to take psychology but I'm afraid NTU and NUS are too hard to get into. So can anyone give me suggestions? Lots of thanks b4 =)
