Is there a departure tax from Don Maung airport to Phuket Airpot?

I am flying on Tues from Don Maung to Phuket, is there a departure tax?

There is just one when I leave Bangkok to Canada, right? I believe it's 700 baht??

The 700 Baht you refer to is the international departure tax.  I think the domestic tax is 100 baht but not to worry, they now make it part of the ticket price.  (Before it was collected in cash on departure).

As of 1 Feb 07 all taxes and airport fees are now included in the price of your ticket.

I saw something on the news here that the tax would be halved for about 6 months, but I am not sure when that goes into effect.
