Is there a device or phone that can auto enter a prefix before i dial the number?

I have subscribed to a telephone provider that requires me to dial a 3 digit prefix code followed by the number i wish to dial. Is there a device or phone that can auto enter a prefix before i dial the number?

yes, there is a box that I have installed 1000 or more, now they are obsolete and found on eBay for next to nothing...

They can be programmed to add the area code if you only dial 7 digits or dial a carrier access code if you dial 10 digits.
