  1. Besides services like Apple TV, there are no commercially available products that let you copy and stream movies without the original disk.  This is because of copyright concerns from movie studios.  There are several options to get what you are looking for,  but they require some computer skills and are not packaged solutions.  You need to first rip the movie to your PC.  See

    or

    http://www.videohelp.com/dvdbackup

for guides on how to do this.  Once you have the movie on your PC you need a way to get it on your TV.  Many people connect their PC's directly to their TV, which makes things more simple.  If you have an XBOX360 you can stream the movies from your PC to a 360 over a home network if you convert the movie to DivX format.

  2. Try the apple tv, it connects to your network and uses your iTunes library. If you want to rip the DVD movie, I recommend HandBrake (http://handbrake.fr/)

  3. There's the apple TV- what my family uses. Basically it connects to you computer and you can put all your movies on that. Putting DVD's on a computer isn't too hard and with the apple TV everything is then on your TV. I can't live without it ^.^
