  1. no, its prenounced the same. there are only few exceptions, where CH is prenounced like the english SH. these are mostly adopted forreing words, like chocola (chocolate) or charteren (to charter).

    flemmish speakers might prenounce the G soft, and the CH hard. (unvoiced/voiced)


  2. mostly it sounds the same, but you cannot change the g for ch, nor the other way.  

  3. They are both situated in the back of the mouth, but the 'g' is with voice and the 'ch' is without voice. Like the difference between 'v' and 'f'.
