  1. You "mount" the "speakers."  If you're asking if there's a difference between which mounts for which speakers then the answer is no.  Almost 99% of speakers that can use a mount are universal.  Check the threading size and go with the second cheapest set.  (non-plastic)


  2. you put the speakers ON the mounts

    so one emits sound, the other is just a piece of wood (typically)
