Is there a difference between WHIPPED cream and WHIPPING cream?

  2. HUGE!!! Whipped is like the fluffy stuff from the can that goes on strawberry and stuff, and whipping is regular cream, that CAN and isnt already whipped.

  3. yes, this is goign to sound obvious, but I understand your question.  Whipped cream means it has already been whipped(i.e. ready whip, cool whip) like whip cream you would buy.  whipping cream in like an actual cream, not whipped, it is baught near the milk, creamer section.   (usually the whipping cream is what you cook with)

  7. To add to the above answers....whipped cream usually has sugar already added as well as something to stabilize the cream so it doesn't become liquidy again.
