Is there a difference between a full bars and full qh bars?

I have a horse that is 14 hands. I am buying her from a trail riding place. I asked the stable manager what saddle size she would need. He said either a full bar or standard bar. He told my friend a full qh. I asked him what the difference was, but he couldn't say. Then when asked if it was the same thing, he said no. Also my friend asked him if full qh saddle and full qh bars are the same thing, he said no. We are beginners. We've been trying to do our own search, but to no avail. I was wondering if anyone knew if there even was a difference, or if it is all the same?

They are the same I own QH and Miniatures. They are the exact same thing. Go on State Line Tack.com and order you a full bar or full qh bar saddle. They call it different because at one point the full QH bars was the only Full bar saddle then they made another one with different designs with a different name. They will fit the horse the same way though.
