  1. They are both very likely a chevrolet 350 engine.  Are you stating horsepower or displacement.  Pretty standard horsepower for a chevy 350 is about 260 hp.

    From there, they could be very different.  Exhaust manifolds, plumbing, accesories, fuel system etc. etc. will be unique to each installation.

    Not sure why you are asking and are you asking about the base engine or the entire propulsion system ?
