no, there isn't. it's the same chemical with all the same properties. the difference is that fertilizers are usually mixed with other chemicals to make plants grow better and in bombs, usually pure ammonium nitrate is used. however, it is possible to make a bomb by mixing large amounts of fertilizer containging say 40% ammonium nitrate with gasoline.
