There are no significant differences, so neither in any sense is "better" than the other.  Only the manufacturer differs.  "Better" in my mind would be things like a cheaper price or bulk packaging for less, or a buy 3 get one free campaign.  Look for a difference in those areas instead.  Reloadable engines (aerotech) are "better" in that sense, because they cost less each time you fly them.

    Each engine is designated with a letter and number telling its pounds of thrust (in newton seconds) and the time delay until parachute deployment.  Once you understand that all rocket engines are essentially the same, made from the same materials and give roughly the same performance.  Also when you learn about the power curves and the math behind the engine you'll see why neither is considered "better".  This is because there is a small parameter for error in every engine.  They all fall into a certain category - therefore the letter number system.  Hope that helps you.
