ok, when i think of things i use my common sence. i personaly believe that when you wear a sweatshirt and sweatpants while running you body gets heated up faster, you produce more sweat and i believe it would give you a better workout rather than running in something like a t-shirt and shorts? is any of my common sence accurate?

  1. you'll sweet more

  2. depends on the goal of your workout. If its cold wear enough clothes to keep warm, if you can, wear a tank and shorts

  3. more wind resistance

    more weight

    more resistance against limbs

sweat more, but thats not an indicator that ur working any harder

yea i'd say ur common sense is right

  4. Well it's true that you will sweat a lot more(since that's what wrestlers do to bring their weight down: run in sweats) so yeah that part is true.

  5. Shorts and a t-shirt is fine if you want comfort. If you want to sweat more you can wear the sweats. By the way sweating has nothing to do with "getting a better workout", your body is just cooling itself. People think by sweating you lose weight, the only weight you lose is fluids in your body which get replaced when you rehydrate.
