  1. Well, no except if you go to sleep at 5 and wake up at 1 you lose half of your day.

  2. u will lose half your day ...and eventially get depressed. because u will fall behind..

  3. There is a difference. Sleeping during day time hours and being up all night can lead to depression. This does NOT mean it will, but there is a chance. It's about 5am as I'm posting this, so I have some idea of what I'm talking about.

  4. Yep, there is a difference. You body is hard wired to sleep during the night. I work 3-4 nights a week (6:45pm-7:30am). Trust me, I can tell a difference when I sleep nights and when I sleep days. I actually need more sleep if I am sleeping days.

There are many people who simply can't adjust to sleeping days. Plus there are some of us that really never feel a difference. I can tell the difference, but for me, it is not that bad.

  5. I find that I get a lesser quality sleep if I sleep during the day.  I often wake up feeling sluggish and sometimes have a headache.

I haven't really experimented so I don't know if it's due to the light, or the heat or circadian rhythms or something else.  The headache suggests dehydrating which suggests that heat is at least one of the factors involved.
